Individual Registration

Individual registration of environmental health professionals currently takes place under various cadres including Environmental Health Officers, Environmental Health Technicians, Environmental Health Assistants, Public Health Superintendent, Epidemiology and Disease Control, Family Health, etc.

Individual applications for registration with the Council is made in appropriate form designed for each cadre and attached with relevant certified true copies of the applicants credentials and submitted with evidence of payment of the applicable registration fees and on the receipt of the application, the Council considers the application and conveys her decision within 90 days from the date of receipt of such application.

Required Documents for Upload:

  • Passport Photograph (recent color passport photo)
  • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  • Educational Certificate (ND, HND, B.EHS, MPH, etc.)
  • Academic Transcript (official transcript from institution)
  • Valid ID Card (National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport)
  • NYSC Certificate (HND and Degree holders only)
  • Council Certificate

⚠️ Important: All documents must be in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. Maximum file size: 5MB per document. Multiple files can be uploaded for each document field (except passport photograph).
